Libby Kelley has worked for almost 25 years to educate and advocate on EMF health and safety. She is also a certified EMF Expert, receiving her certification from The EMF Experts EMF Professional Training Certification program.
She is Executive Director of the Electromagnetic Safety Alliance, Inc. She also directs the International EMF Scientist Appeal to the United Nations, the World Health Organization, and to U.N. member nations signed by 260 scientists as of November 2020. Libby serves as Executive Producer for the EMF Medical Conference 2021.
Elizabeth (Libby) Kelley
Libby has training and work experience in public health and public policy. She has a Masters’ degree in health care service administration, specializing in community health services, earned at the University of Southern California. She worked for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Office of the Secretary in Washington D.C. for 10 years as an analyst, where she conducted large studies evaluating major health and welfare issues and also conducted a study of the U.S. Food Stamp Program for the U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee. She entered federal service as a U.S. Presidential Management Fellow.
